Wow, good for you!...Popping over from Lauren's! Wow, good for you! I am the same when it comes to eating when bored/emotional. Learning the cues for ACTUAL hunger (my body needing fuel) versus needing to deal with other things has been key for me. Not to say I don't eat when I'm not hungry anymore, but at least now I call it what it is :)Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13397176667036107115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8444997787909710844.post-74554061236616795542012-06-28T13:08:46.902-04:002012-06-28T13:08:46.902-04:00@Jill - I've noticed my downfall is boredom. W...@Jill - I've noticed my downfall is boredom. When I'm bored, I begin to feel "hungry" even though I'm really not. I miss chewing and I am a stress/emotional eater. To combat this, I'm thinking of freezing some of my juices into popsicles. Then I can "eat" and not feel guilty.

@Lauren - That is a good question and one I sometimes worry about since I have a strong preference for fruit juices (although I choke down veggie juices.) Basically though, if you drink a variety of colors you'll get the nutrients you need. And in great enough quantities, you'll get protein (this was news to me, I didn't think most plants had much protein.) I did a lot of research and watched "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead." It is one of my main resources.

Thanks for commenting!Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01199149396884765930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8444997787909710844.post-65387431177570066032012-06-28T12:13:38.940-04:002012-06-28T12:13:38.940-04:00I think if I just did juicing I would feel hungry ...I think if I just did juicing I would feel hungry all the time. I have actually never done it so I have no reason to believe that, just kind of a "preconceived notion" I have in my head. Good luck to you :)Jill @ Bluegrass Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12692730431235510881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8444997787909710844.post-2772493923694740642012-06-28T11:26:33.239-04:002012-06-28T11:26:33.239-04:00We can do this!
Question: I don't know anythi...We can do this!

Question: I don't know anything about juicing, so this may sound dumb, but how do you make sure you're getting everything you need?Lauren from Texashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16574085145206610318noreply@blogger.com
